Following the Ball Mill process, the next stage is the Cyclone Separator process. Through density separation at this stage, the molybdenum purity is initially increased. If the concentration of impurities other than sulfur (S) is low in this process, the powder may reach a saleable product condition without requiring additional beneficiation processes.
Density separation in the Cyclone Separator process necessarily requires air. Air must be introduced inward and form a vortex inside the separator for density separation to occur. This time, in order to self-manufacture the blower that generates this air, discarded parts were procured at low cost, and the necessary components were cut from them.
Meanwhile, once the aggregate line becomes operational, a large volume of aggregates must be transported from the beneficiation plant to the waste rock stockpile. However, it was determined that the use of the existing access road that circles around the beneficiation plant would be difficult once aggregates are stockpiled. Therefore, a decision was made to construct a new access road directly connecting to the mine entrance adjacent to the external road. During construction of the new access road, drainage pipes were separately purchased and installed in sections where drainage channels were covered.
