The vibrating feeder screens ore and sends acceptable sizes to the primary cone crusher, while oversized rock is discharged to the aggregate line for reuse as commercial aggregate.
Due to space constraints inside the processing plant, a dedicated 10m × 10m × 0.5m concrete pad was constructed outside the entrance to accommodate the aggregate discharge system.
Concrete pads of 3m × 3m × 0.3m and 2m × 2m × 0.2m were also installed beneath the water tank and pump station areas to ensure structural stability.
