The Company has obtained development approval from the Chungju National Forest Management Office for the 15,649㎡ processing plant and waste-rock stockpile site.
In accordance with regulatory requirements, approximately KRW 800 million was deposited as a forest restoration guarantee, and approximately KRW 150 million was paid as a forest development contribution. As weather conditions improved, the Company conducted approximately two weeks of timber clearing to prepare for concrete civil works.
