Following approximately one month of
monsoon conditions, construction of the processing plant facility resumed in
late July.
During the monsoon period, the Company completed procurement of remaining
auxiliary components required for plant installation and secured major
equipment for internal installation post-construction. These items were
transported to the waste-rock stockpile area for staging.
As the processing plant is being constructed on a slope of approximately 16 degrees that was cut and developed into a flat work platform, landslide and slope failure risks remain a critical concern. To mitigate such risks, the Company prioritized securing slope stability ahead of full facility operation.
Slope areas outside the processing plant were reinforced with concrete retaining blocks and engineered backfill. On the uphill side, additional retaining wall works were executed to ensure safe working conditions for on-site personnel.
