Belt conveyors are the most frequently used machinery in the processing plant, handling ore movement through every crushing and screening stage.
Overhauled belt conveyors, previously stored at the waste-rock site, were brought into the facility based on installation priority.

The overhaul scope includes:

• - Cutting and resizing to fit exact process distances

• - Replacement and reinforcement of lower support frames

• - Inspection and replacement of rollers and drive drums

• - Motor dismantling and internal condition checks

• - Final installation of new rubber belts

Where required, safety walkways (EX-METAL) and structural supports are being installed to ensure safe operator access.
