Rubber belts on several conveyors exhibited tearing and wear. Specialized technicians were deployed to perform precision belt cutting and splicing operations.
To allow continuous temporary staging of oversized aggregates, conveyors at the final sorting stage are being installed 3–5 meters above grade to accommodate greater stockpile volume before removal by loader and truck.
Custom-designed elevated support structures were fabricated to ensure operational safety at heights.
